Hi Elise,
Wonderful smoothies! I copied the one with strawberries and basil as we have lots at the moment, and of course being Canadian we always have Maple Syrup! lol
Yes and I do remember our regular trips to Canada from when we lived in Buffalo and it was the best maple syrup ever. Also the peaches were to die for!
Hi Dr Elise
Great to see all the variety of smoothies and they look so great. Thanks for sharing. Take Care
You are very welcome. I am glad the you enjoyed.
I love smoothies and these recipes sound amazing! Anything with strawberry in it is my favorite.
Great choice. You really can swap any berry for strawberries 🙂
I have never had a smoothie because I was taught to eat calories instead of drink them. These look really good and easy to make. Guess its time to try them.
Yes, overall that is a good lesson but as in many things there is often an exception. In this case if you are drinking really healthy calories it is ok. However, you definitely want to stay away from sugared drinks, soda, alcohol and the such when watching our caloric intake.
Hi Dr. Elise,
All the smoothies sound great, the Tropical Avocado Super Smoothie most of all. Love my avocados! Thanks for the recipes.
